Bobby Medina (USA/Mexico)
Originally from Los Angeles California, trumpeter, bandleader and composer Bobby Medina has performed with many of the world’s legendary artists, including Ray Charles, Mel Tormé, The Four Tops, Frankie Valli the Funk Brothers and The Temptations to name just a few. As a composer, Bobby’s music has reached critical acclaim and he’s currently bringing his own brand of Latin influenced jazz to concert audiences across the world. Bobby has performed in more than 20 countries and in cities ranging from New York City to Tel Aviv, Buenos Aires to Tokyo. His electrifying performances are highly artistic as well as humorous and entertaining. Mr. Medina’s shows are always a celebration of musical culture and appeal to people of all ages and walks of life who love a great time!
Pablo Elorza (Argentina)
Electric Bass, Vocals and Arranger. From Villa María, Córdoba, Argentina, Pablo is an exciting bassist the defies categorization. His playing swings and grooves hard and he adds a funky flair to the Latin side of bass playing. He’s in high demand as a studio musician, arranger and bandleader and is the winner of the “Made in New York Jazz Competition” in the Composer Category. He’s also the author of educational bass books and video lessons series and has several albums out under his own name.
Francisco “Junior” Medina (USA/Puerto Rico)
Congas, Timbales, Bongos and Latin Hand Percussion. Junior’s electrifying percussion playing has been featured for the who’s who of the Latin & salsa worlds. He has performed with many of the world’s top artists including Tito Puente, Oscar De Leon, Jose “El Canario”Alberto, Tito Allen, Grupo Gale, Pink Martini, Sonora Dimanita, Melcochita, Lalo Rodriguez, Azabache and Sonora Carruseles. Junior performs on Toca instruments and is a Toca percussion artist.
Conrad Medina (USA/Sweden/Mexico)
Saxophonist and music producer Conrad Medina infuses concerts with his exciting sounds and charismatic stage presence. Immersed in the music community from a young age, Conrad draws inspiration from an eclectic mix of musical styles and artists. His resume includes performances with big bands, pop groups, jazz combos, Latin ensembles as well as with such celebrated artists as the Temptations and Wynona Judd. Conrad’s music, shaped by his roots in Latin, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and World genres, consistently captures the authenticity of his musical heritage.
Santiago Hernández (Argentina)
Drumset and Percussion. Born and raised in Buenos Aires Santiago received a “World Tour” scholarship from Berklee College of Music where he studied drums, percussion and composition with such well know musicians as Terry Lyne Carrington (drummer Herbie Hancock), Kenwood Dennard (Jaco Pastorius and Miles Davis among others) and Jammey Haddad. His thrilling drum style is frequently called on to back numerous groups in Argentina where he’s also a top call studio drummer. His recent first solo album “Plotting Something” was recorded with renowned musicians from Argentina and centers around Latin American and African rhythms with harmonies of contemporary jazz and a high degree of improvisation.
Gabe Hall-Rodrigues (USA/Brasil)
Infusing the music of the LAJE with an unmistakable Brasilian charm, this dynamic pianist, accordionist, vocalist, and composer captivates audiences everywhere. His musical journey includes collaborations with luminaries including Brazilian guitar master Wallace Seixas, tubist Sam Pilafian, accordionist Frank Morroco, Seattle’s premier Brazilian forró band Foleada and the esteemed Seattle Philharmonic. Additionally, in 2019, he distinguished himself by winning 2nd place in the International Open category at The Trophee Mondial, the world's largest accordion competition held in Loule, Portugal. Gabe is a Petosa and Harmonik artist.
